Umberto Capuano, owner, is proud to offer his Italian delicacies to the people of the Winchester area. Capuano previously ran Mama Lucia in Chantilly. He did this for two years before opening in Delco Plaza in November.
Far from being wet behind the ears, Capuano brings a taste of Italy to Winchester straight from the source. A native Italian, Capuano's whole family is in the restaurant business. Most of that family lives in Italy. Two cousins operate restaurants in New Jersey.
